Partner Marketing Manager
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)​

​Role Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for executing MetaKarta’s partner-led go-to-market motion.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and operates under their strategic direction, translating partner marketing strategy into repeatable, execution-ready programs.
This is an execution-focused role designed for someone who enjoys working independently, partnering closely with technology, consulting, and system integration partners, and building scalable partner motions in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

Execute partner marketing programs, including launch kits, co-branded solution briefs, joint webinars, campaigns, and announcements.

Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for consulting and SI partners.

Customize MetaKarta messaging for partner-led use cases such as BI rationalization, semantic alignment, and AI readiness.

Operationalize repeatable partner motions, including assessments, onboarding materials, and enablement kits.

Coordinate with internal sales and presales teams to support partner-driven opportunities.

Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track partner engagement, campaigns, and the influence on the pipeline.

Capture partner feedback and provide structured input to Marketing and Product leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B field marketing.

2+ years of experience co-marketing with large technology partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling companies.

Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Strong self-motivation and ability to operate independently.

Ability to translate technical concepts into partner-ready messaging.
Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 (U.S.)

This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus aligned with partner marketing impact and partner-influenced pipeline outcomes. Equity participation may be offered as part of the total compensation package, subject to role level, experience, and company equity plans.
