​Role Overview

 

Meta Integration Technology is seeking a Marketing & Operations Lead to ensure reliable execution of marketing programs supporting MetaKarta Semantic Hub.

 

The Marketing & Operations Lead reports to the Director of Marketing and operates under their strategic direction to ensure consistent execution across campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys ownership, and brings structure, discipline, and reliability to fast-moving teams.

 

Key Responsibilities​

​

  • Own and manage marketing calendars, timelines, and execution plans.

  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars, events, and campaigns.

  • Ensure outbound campaigns and follow-up activities are executed on schedule.

  • Act as the primary point of coordination with vendors and contractors.

  • Maintain operational documentation, checklists, and repeatable workflows.

  • Own the planning, configuration, and day-to-day operation of marketing automation and CRM tooling in partnership with the Director of Marketing.

  • Implement and maintain automated workflows for campaigns, events, follow-ups, and reporting.​

 

Success Criteria

​

  • Marketing programs execute on time with minimal escalation or rework.

  • Conferences, webinars, and campaigns run smoothly and predictably.

  • Marketing automation and CRM workflows are reliable, documented, and actively used.

 

Qualifications

​

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing programs, or event execution.

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Experience with tools like CommonRoom, Zoominfo, Sumble, and others

  • Proven ability to configure tools and workflows independently.

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning operational systems end-to-end.

 

Compensation

​

  • Base Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 (U.S.)

  • This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to execution quality and operational performance. Equity participation may be offered depending on role structure, experience, and company equity plans.
